Mesofat (mesotherapy for fat) is a course of small injections that dissolve localised fat that won’t shift with diet or exercise. At Hori we use Sisiface 10 ml for delicate facial areas such as the chin and cheeks, and Sisibody 35 ml for larger areas of the body. After a doctor assesses the area, the chosen solution — Sisiface 10 ml for the face or Sisibody 35 ml for the body — is injected through fine needles across a grid of points. Temporary swelling, tenderness or bruising in the area is expected for a few days and is part of the fat-clearing process. Most people return to normal activities immediately.
