Publication process
We begin with questions patients genuinely use to make decisions, then define the scope, author and physician reviewer before writing.
We prioritise professional guidelines, regulatory authorities, original research and traceable manufacturer documentation.
A physician checks accuracy, balance, limitations, risks and non-guaranteed wording before approving publication.
Authors, dates and references
Medical articles identify the author or responsible person, physician reviewer and publication or revision date, and should link to important primary sources. When guidance, devices or safety information changes, content is reviewed according to risk and urgency.
Corrections and feedback

Authentic reviews and cases
- Google reviews are displayed using Google data and link back to the original source.
- Case images or videos require verifiable consent and physician confirmation before wider publication.
- We do not select only favourable outcomes to imply a standard result, and do not guarantee that others will achieve the same result.
- Commercial relationships or sponsored content should be clearly disclosed.
Scope and limitations
